Whether it’s Personal Training or Group Classes, Coach & Cook Fitness likes to do it differently. Our approach is to work backwards – we mark your fitness goals first and then draw out the fastest, most effective roadmap to your fitness journey. You are guaranteed to reach your goals. We figure the ‘how’ part.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Get 1-on-1 training with a Coach suitable to your fitness needs and time. They are as committed to your goals as you are, (or probably more!)
Whether you are working out to level-up your fitness game, strengthening after an injury, have specific fitness goals or simply enjoy working out on your own – your PT has a program for you.
GROUP CLASSES
We are delighted that you’re looking to join our ‘Fit Fam’. We’re like a regular family, but with less drama and more sweat! You can trust your gym buddies to keep you motivated.
Attend unlimited group classes with flexible timings so you never have the excuse of ‘lack of time’ to workout.
We’ve spiced up the old bootcamp-style classes to make them as fast and fun as possible. Enjoy a mix of H.I.I.T., Strength & Conditioning, Pilates and Mobility.
