One-on-one, all-in

You get focused attention — not recycled advice. Each session is tailored to your goals, your tempo, your life. Your coach listens, adjusts, and calls you out when needed. It’s personal for a reason.

FAQs

Here’s what most people ask before they decide to get to work.

How often should I do personal training?

Most clients start with 2–3 sessions per week. But this depends on your goals, your schedule, and how much structure you need to stay consistent.

What if I’m completely out of shape?

Perfect. We meet you where you are. No judgement, no unrealistic expectations. Just a plan that builds from the ground up.

Will I get a meal plan too?

Nutrition is part of the package. You’ll get realistic food advice — not fads — tailored to your lifestyle. And if needed, we’ll build a full plan together.

Can I still train if I have injuries?

Yes — we’ll work around it and, where possible, help rehab it. We’ve trained post-surgery clients, athletes with old war wounds, and everything in between.

How is this different from group classes?

In PT, it’s just you and your coach. No distractions, no adapting to others. We focus on precision, progress, and building a system that’s uniquely yours.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

We get it — life happens. Just give us 24 hours' notice and we’ll move the session. Late cancellations may be charged, but we’re human. Let’s talk.
